About the event
Embark on a journey into a world of fleeting imaginary landscapes that emerge and transform right before the eyes of those who inhabit them.
mumblu is a performance for early years that invites children to observe, imagine, and create together. From an empty space, a living, poetic installation gradually takes shape, transforming through the actions of its visitors.
Large sheets of silver paper, water, blue cellophane, and shades of blue create a shared universe in which new images, shapes, and landscapes take form. The space is constantly changing and reinventing itself through presence, play, and mutual interaction.
The performance is intended for children and their accompanying adults. Everyone is an important part of the shared creative experience.

ARTEFACTOS BASCOS is a platform for multidisciplinary projects for children founded by the Basque artist Ieltxu Ortueta. Since 2003 he has lived in Brazil, and since 2016 he has been creating in the city of Cunha. As a performer, art historian, and graphic artist, he develops interactive projects that combine visual arts, performance, and graphic design.
He seeks collective yet unique creations in which every child is an artist. His work has been presented in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Mexico, Cuba, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Norway, Finland, and Palestine.
He is a member of the VINCULAR Network, SMALL SIZE, and CBTIJ/ASSITEJ Brazil.
