The premises are located in the Galaxie Cultural Station, a new multi-genre center in a former multiplex cinema near the Háje metro station (Line C). Galaxie offers the facilities and atmosphere of a cultural center that connects institutions such as the Dejvické divadlo, Minor, DAMU, 4+4 Days in Motion, and DanceConnected.
MULTIFUNCTIONALITY
Our dance hall is multifunctional and ideal for
smaller events. The 7 × 10 m stage is built from risers (75 cm high) and covered with ballet flooring, making it suitable for dance and movement activities.
However, the ballet flooring can be easily removed for non-dance events if needed.
CAPACITY
We recommend the hall for workshops, seminars, smaller presentations, movement classes, rehearsals, photo shoots, or as a unique venue for creative projects. It comfortably accommodates 60 people, with a maximum capacity of up to 88 people.
Bar service is available upon request.
ELEVATION
The space was created by converting a former movie theater—thanks to this, it features a tiered elevation that serves perfectly as natural seating. Part of the elevation is covered with black carpet, which helps create a clean and compact impression.
