FFF Jazmína Piktorová, Markéta Stránská, Tomáš Janypka: So, is this forbidden?

Explore the fascinating world of rules and prohibitions, where every step along the edge opens up space for freedom and surprise.

Imagine the moment just before crossing into the forbidden—or just beyond what is fully allowed. This boundary shifts with age, environment, upbringing, and the times we live in. The performance explores a range of actions from the mildly inappropriate to the strictly forbidden, playfully blurring the lines between them. The game of prohibition and freedom becomes a space for inspiration and learning mutual respect.

The creative team draws on experience in inclusive dance, performance, and live music to bring young audiences closer to the concept of personal freedom—through movement, humor, and sound.

Jazmína Piktorová, a performer, choreographer, and instructor, blends physical theater with dance, acting, and lyrical clowning in her work. She is interested in the intersection of dance and movement education with children’s theater, emphasizing long-term research and themes that challenge both the audience and herself. 

Markéta Stránská, a performer, choreographer, and physical therapist, draws inspiration from everyday movement patterns and the principles underlying them, through which she explores and shares her personal experience of living with a different physicality. In her projects and collaborations, she enjoys working with colleagues from different generations and diverse cultural backgrounds. 

Tomáš Janypka, a performer, choreographer, mentor, and somatic facilitator, emphasizes subtlety and an open-minded approach to genres and methods in his work. He focuses on intimate experiences, the perception of the body and its boundaries, the weight of things on both the physical and spiritual levels, and the emotional sharing of these experiences with the audience. www.feetforward.cz
