Roller Skate Workshop (beginner friendly)
An open workshop led by VERONIKASKATES / Prague Roller Girls focused on basic roller skating movements, balance work and simple groove choreography. Together we will go through warm-up, stretching and first steps on skates and gradually connect them into a short rhythmic sequence.
The workshop is led by Veronika, a performer, choreographer and founder of Prague Roller Girls, who has been roller skating since 2017. She has gained experience in various contexts - from working in Malta to roller disco in Scotland to her own pedagogical and creative practice in Prague. In 2023, she received a certification as a skating fitness coach and has been teaching for a long time. In her work, she connects technique, rhythm and the joy of movement and shares them with people across experience levels.
The workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to start, as well as for those who want to try skating again in a safe and shared space.
A limited number of skates will be available on site. If you are interested in renting them, please reserve them using the form here .
