About the event
Work in progress of a new piece by Tomáš Janypka and coll., My conscience is clear, baby, straddles the boundaries between physical theatre, dance and the visual arts. It draws on Tomáš Janypka’s long-standing physical practice and performative research, in which philosophical sensitivity meets an interest in the inner worlds and vulnerability of human beings.
The piece explores freedom of expression, the shared experience of constant uncertainty, and the question of how we relate to ourselves at a time when the world is changing. It explores these themes through the body, silence and language.
